How payment works

You stay on this page. The card form is provided by Stripe and runs inside Stripe's own secure frames, so your card number never passes through our website or our servers. We never see or store it.

Where it goes

Gifts are used in this order. First, the cost of running Precious Seeds: domains, hosting, app store fees, and the tools used to build and maintain the apps. Then, everything beyond that goes to outreach for youth and their families who are facing hardship. Our goal is to do God's work, and to show plainly how every dollar serves it.

Every gift and every cost is posted on the Donations Raised page, including Stripe's processing fee on each gift. Donors appear by first name and last initial, or as Anonymous.

Who receives it

Precious Seeds is not yet a registered nonprofit. Until it is, gifts are received by the founder personally and held for the purposes above. They are personal gifts, so they are not tax-deductible. When the nonprofit is formed, giving will move to it, and this page and the ledger will say so. Nothing recorded here is lost in that move.
